The Benker grid (line and crossing) is a kind of geopathic stress that can cause health impacts on humans, animals and plants. Sleeping on the Benker grid is associated with poor sleep quality and low energy.

The Rayonator can be used continuously provided that it is not broken with loosening dipole antennae inside.

 

Rental terms:

  • The rental fee for the Benker Rayonator is HK$ 250 per month. A security deposit (by cheque or in cash) of HK$3,200 is required. The deposit will be returned once the renter returns the Benker Rayonator to Building Biology Central.
  • Rental period begins on the day of pick-up and ends on the day of return.
  • The renter is required to pick up and return the Benker Rayonator in person at the office of Building Biology Central Limited in Central.
  • The renter is required to fill in a rental form to provide personal details and to acknowledge receipt of the Benker Rayonator in good condition.
  • Extra rental fee equivalent to the monthly rate will be incurred for late return of the Benker Rayonator. 
  • The renter must keep and return the Benker Rayonator in good condition. In case of damage and loss of the Benker Rayonator, the renter should pay for the repair cost or the market price of the Benker Rayonator for compensation, or the deposit will be forfeited.
  • The renter must request for an extension, which to be agreed by Building Biology Central to extend the rental period.
