Turn off mobile phones, Wi-Fi, and cordless phones during sleep.
Avoid mattresses with metal springs and metal bed frames.
Unplug cables around beds at night, and don’t charge phones or appliances in bedrooms during sleep times.
In children’s and baby beds, avoid synthetic blankets and stuffed toys with high static electric fields.
Do not use bleach or vinegar to clean mold off. Use hydrogen peroxide instead.
Maintain indoor air humidity below 65% to avoid mold growth.
