Rental Product - 5G Duplex Set with 5G, E-Smog and HF Rayonators (per month)

Just as the frequency spectrum of sunlight regulates the production of Vitamin D and melatonin and causes pigmentation, there are countless other frequencies that trigger regulatory mechanisms in organisms. Based on the principles of bioresonance, it is found that while we are weakened by long-term exposure to geopathic stresses and man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs), there are fundamental frequency values that provide a strengthening, compensatory effect. These values have been integrated into dipole antenna systems within the Duplex IV and accompanying Rayonators. The Duplex IV particularly strengthens us to geopathic stresses from underground water veins, fault lines and global grids. The set should be placed on the floor or the lower level of any duplex flats or houses as the frequencies rise upwards to a height of 8 metres. It may be placed near or in the bedroom to help balance electromagnetic and geological influences during rest when repair is most active within the body.

The 5G Duplex Set is not powered by electricity. No maintenance is required. It should be cleaned by a moist cloth to prevent accumulation of dust, dirt and static. The set can be used continuously provided the devices are not broken with a loosening of the dipole antennas inside.

Rental terms: 

• The rental fee for the 5G Duplex Set is HK$ 1,850 per month. A security deposit (by cheque or in cash) of HK$23,000 is required. The deposit will be returned once the renter returns the 5G Duplex Set to Building Biology Central.
• Rental period begins on the day of pick-up and ends on the day of return.
• The renter is required to pick up and return the 5G Duplex Set in person at the office of Building Biology Central Limited in Central.
• The renter is required to fill in a rental form to provide personal details and to acknowledge receipt of the 5G Duplex Set in good condition.
• Extra rental fee equivalent to the monthly rate will be incurred for late return of the 5G Duplex Set. 
• The renter must keep and return the 5G Duplex Set in good condition. In case of damage and loss of the 5G Duplex Set/component, the renter should pay for the repair cost or the market price of the 5G Duplex Set/component for compensation, or the deposit will be forfeited.
• The renter must request for an extension, which to be agreed by Building Biology Central to extend the rental period.
